HEAVY creates fantastic beers and experiences that improve our communities and promote living an active and engaged life.
We launched our first brewery/taproom, HEAVY Underground, in Spring 2021. Our second brewery/taproom, HEAVY Wheelhouse, opened in Spring 2022 in the heart of the Oak Openings Metropark. HEAVY's next adventure is to open a 60,000 sq ft facility that offers an experience for everyone, the HEAVY Village.

HEAVY Village is a self-contained urban village with multiple venues, experiences, and 16hr/day activity. With interior experiences beyond beer and food, 1301 Adams will include spaces that provide experiences for every taste.
Brewery and Pub located on the first floor and extending into the basement, the HEAVY brewpub will be an open format to create a more visceral connection with our patrons.
Beer Garden will resemble a traditional biergarten style with access to Adams St.
Gaming will be large format, group games in the spirit of yard games and carnivals.
Event Center will provide a unique space in Downtown Toledo for mid-sized concerts and events.
Rooftop will be an out-of-the-way hideout for us to provide a mind-blowing experience.
Retail will be available throughout the property, potentially including retailers such as a coffee shop and a barbershop.
HEAVY Village will become a regional destination for locals and tourists alike! The 60,000 sqft of activatable space at 1301 Adams is luxurious. We expect the future of entertainment to change in the post-COVID economy but we have room to spare.
